Biological substances (UN3373) must be properly labeled and sealed in triple-layered, leak-proof containers with absorbent material.
Improperly packaged specimens may be rejected at pickup.
Customers confirm that all Category B materials meet OSHA and CDC biosafety standards.
Temperature-sensitive items (vaccines, insulin, plasma) must use validated packaging like Credo Cube or Dry Ice Containers.
Shippers confirm packaging maintains the correct temperature throughout transit.
Improper packaging may void compliance and result in delays.
Controlled Substances (DEA Schedule II–V)
We only transport DEA Schedule II–V medications between licensed facilities.
Schedule I substances are strictly prohibited.
Proper documentation and chain-of-custody are required upon pickup and delivery.
HIPAA Compliance (PHI)
Any shipments containing PHI must be encrypted and properly labeled.
We do not open packages and assume no liability for exposure due to sender’s packaging.
Customers are responsible for ensuring full HIPAA compliance before requesting delivery.
Medical Equipment
All devices must be securely packaged to prevent breakage.
Fragile or high-value equipment may incur special handling fees.
General Medical Supply Transport Compliance Notice
All medical supplies must be securely packaged to prevent leakage, breakage, or exposure during transit.Packages should be clearly labeled with the sender and recipient information and include any handling instructions (e.g., "Fragile," "Keep Dry").
Over-the-counter and non-hazardous medical items must comply with general safety and labeling standards set by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT).
It is the sender’s responsibility to ensure that the shipment does not contain restricted, expired, or unauthorized medical items.
Temperature-sensitive items should be clearly marked and must be packaged in compliance with validated transport protocols (e.g., ice packs or insulated containers).
